We work hard to create a safe, friendly and supportive environment for all!
All levels of experience are welcome. Please bring water, loose fitting clothing and an open mind! Bare feet are encouraged but [non street] shoes are fine. Expect a rigorous physical work out. In each class participants will likely be doing a variety of highly physical drills and partner work in addition to practicing music and singing.
