we work hard to create a safe, friendly and supportive environment for all! please bring water, loose fitting clothing and expect a physical work out.
bare feet encouraged but [non street] shoes are fine.
A note: we are most active on instagram and often share videos and class sequences there, follow us ON instagram to stay in the loop!
